We're all going on a Summer Holiday... OK - we've been... to The Ardingly Vintage and Classic Vehicle Show in July And what a show it was with brilliant weather for both flying displays and ice creams. . 11th Vintage Vehicle and Modeller's Rally at Newhaven Fort on 8th & 9th May where you may see some of the exhibits for the Arddingly VCV Show including models. As part of this years English Festival in Horsham Town Centre special events are being planned for Sunday 9th May. Southdown buses re going to re-enact this by running a fleet of old buses from surrounding vilages into Horsham Town centre throughout the day. In addition they would like cars trucks, bikes from 60s/70s for a parade from Hop Oast into Carfax to park up in Carfax during the events. The club was represented by some of our members with our mobile display at Brighton Modelworld 2010 on 12-14. December 6th dawned wet and windy but some brave souls went to the South Downs Heritage Centre, We were rewarded with sunshine.
